Winter Training Groups

11 weeks in length

Starts November 30th

group training sessions will be 2 hours in length. athletes will complete their throwing work with ppl, then immediately following their throwing, they will train with watts performance systems. By signing up for the winter training, you are committing to all 11 weeks of training.
